Checked the numbers this morning:

• Alban Syrah, near the sheds
  • 22.5 Brix
  • 3.1 pH
• 470 Syrah
  • 22.0 Brix
  • 3.0 pH

We want to pick at less than 24 brix, so it looks like 1 to 2 weeks more for normal weather. Need to keep an eye on the heat…
